Great location for a trip to Rehoboth! We parked on arrival and walked and biked everywhere we wanted to go until it was time to leave. We loved the ocean view from the balcony and living room. We appreciated the little things like coffee set-ups, cozy blankets for relaxing in the living room, available toiletries, etc.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Joanna’s place. Joanna was extremely responsive and helpful and gave clear instructions. Her home was clean and put together and had everything we needed. It was a great place to gather a large group of friends that was well located to easily get to many different locations in DC!

Breath taking views! Perfect location and you can watch dolphins swim by! We will definitely return to this property.

Ideal location! Loved walking to so many places around Dupont Circle.--restaurants, grocery stores, bookstores, farmers market,etc. Tree-lined streets and cool area. Close to metro station. Easy to uber if needed. The house was great for our group of 6. Plenty of beds. Roomy common area and kitchen. Clean and comfortable. The host is the best! So immediately responsive to any needs or questions. Highly recommend and would definitely would stay again.

Wonderful stay! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. The beds provided a high level of comfort, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable for both work and entertainment. We particularly valued the hot tub. The host was friendly and quick to respond, and the check-in process was seamless. Great location for exploring on foot and very comfortable space. Highly recommend!
